Lost/Stolen or nonreceipt of Green Cards

If your green card has been lost, stolen, expired or not yet received you MUST call and ask for the Consular  Section on (675) 321-1455 between 9:00 pm and 4:00 pm (Monday - Friday) to schedule an appointment. The application fee for a transportation letter to allow return travel to the U.S. is US$165.00. Green card applications and requests for transportation letters must be handled during normal business hours.

Note: The U.S. Embassy is closed on all U.S. and Papua New Guinea Public Holidays
